Security Officer Course
Are you looking to become a security officer? 
The State of Florida requires 40 hours of 
instruction to obtain your Security Officer D 
License. Our class provides real experience 
and hands-on training. At Alpha Security 
Academy we don’t just give you the training 
needed to obtain a security license we want 
you to exceed in the security industry.
G License Firearm Training
Our Firearm G License Training exceeds the 
requirements mandated by the State of 
Florida. Students will be trained according to 
Chapter 790 State Law in all legal aspects of 
carrying and the safe and appropriate use of 
a firearm. Gun range training will include the 
course on fire and qualification requirements 
for Firearm G License. The Armed G Firearm 
course will help you become a professional 
armed security officer.
Concealed Weapon 
License
Refuse to be a victim. Protect yourself and 
your family, Protection is your sole 
responsibility don’t rely on others to protect 
you help might be minutes away. The state of 
Florida requires you to take a Firearm 
Handling and Safety class before you can be 
issued a Concealed Weapon License. Our 
Nationwide accredited Firearm Instructors will 
teach you hands-on to safely and effectively 
handle a gun.
G-License Requalification
Requalification for Armed Security Officer (G 
License). The State of Florida requires a 
yearly 4hr requalification to maintain your G 
License. Requalification must be done every 
year with the type of handgun you carry on 
duty.  Officers with a G License must requalify 
once a year before the date of expiration of 
every year. For example, if a G License 
expires on June 15, 2018.
