You can swim at Cleopatra's Baths, a natural pool located in the 
middle of the desert. 
The water is warm and salty, but not too hot or cold. It's also very 
clear and clean--you can see right to the bottom! The best time to go 
swimming is either in the morning or just before sunset, when it won't 
be as hot out there (though it will still be hot). 
Swimsuits are recommended because there aren't any changing 
rooms at this location; however, if you don't have one with you then 
no need to worry! Just make sure that whatever clothing choice makes 
sense for where else your trip takes you after this point.
