Our Founder’s
Aaron Baker faced a life-altering spinal cord 
injury—an accident so severe, doctors told 
him he would never feed himself again. But 
he proved them wrong. For decades, Aaron 
has been a living example of what’s possible 
when neurological research, rehabilitation, 
and recreation are brought together. 
Through his personal journey, he’s come to 
know—deeply and firsthand—just how 
powerful the 3R-ethos can be when uniquely 
combined to enhance quality of life.
