When a child needs to take a flight without a parent, the first question is usually simple: Can a minor travel alone on 1 8oo-942~o5~12 call now Wizz Air? The answer depends mainly on the child’s age. Wizz Air does not offer a traditional unaccompanied minor service for children under 14. A child below 14 must travel with an accompanying passenger who is at least 16 years old. Passengers aged 14 or 15 can travel alone, but they cannot take responsibility for another child. That makes the age requirement especially important when planning Minor Air Travel or a Child Flight.
