Alegria Villas is an abode of luxury standing tall in the 
National Marine Park, famous for hosting the turtle Carretta 
Carretta in the southeastern part of Zakynthos. This area is 
specifically renowned with the tourists and travellers for its 
lovely crystal-clear sandy beaches. St. Nicholas Beach is a 
stunning beach thronged by many tourists and the guests 
staying in the Villas can reach the beach walking for three-
five minutes only. No need to feel as if you are trapped in a 
beautiful and exotic island without any sign of modern 
civilization and no means for luxury indulgence. 
Interior Conditions
Each of the four villas—Olivia; Melisanthi; Irida and 
Daphne etc. is designed in an eye-catchy and splendid way 
to pamper your eyes. Lemon, Banana, Pine, Olive and 
Orange trees help to add greenery all around the villa that 
also purifies the air by releasing oxygen and absorbing 
harmful gases. Natural greenery not just soothes your eyes 
but also promises good health of all the living creatures.

Daphne has two bedrooms while the rest three have three 
bedrooms. Each villa is exceptionally spacious, with 170 
square meters in size. Traditional Zakynthias tiles add a 
rustic charm to the villas and stone fireplace compliments 
the rugged look further. The living room is spacious enough 
to shelter an extra guest. The open kitchen and bathroom 
(built-in Jacuzzi) come appropriately equipped with all 
sophisticated appliances and modern amenities. The villas 
feature a veranda with in-built seating arrangements and 
other elegant furnishings. Free WiFi, air-conditioning system 
and other provisions are also there for total relaxation and 
comfort.
