Molded rubber products are widely used in households as well as industrial
applications.  Molded rubber  as  the  name  suggests,  involves  the  making  of
products by way of molding the rubber via compression, transfer or injection.
Manufacturer of rubber molded products create molded rubber products via a
variety of processes. Some of these processes are as follows:
 Liquid Injection Molding
Liquid Injection Molding or LIM involves the mixing of two components
and then injecting the mixture into molds to create the products.  These
molded products are then cured or vulcanized. These molded products are
further ejected from the machine and packed. This process is best used for
creating rubber products that have consistent product specifications. 
 Injection Molding
Injection Molding is another way of crafting molded rubber products.  In
this process, the molten rubber is injected into a cavity. Thereafter, a high
amount of pressure is applied to create the product. This type of a process
is used to create either very small or large molded rubber products. 
 Compression Molding
In  this  method  of  Compression  Molding,  the  molten  rubber  solution  is
poured into a heated cavity. The cavity is then closed and high amount of
pressure applied on it. The heat and pressure is applied on the mold until
the  rubber  product  is  cured.  This  method  is  best  suited  for  creating
products that are strong and resilient.  Manufacturer of rubber molded
products use this method when they have to manufacture large quantities
of a particular type of molded rubber product.
The Manufacturer  of  rubber molded products  has  to formulate  the molten
rubber as per the requirement of the given product. Several types of materials
need to be blended to create the formulation. There is no fixed ratio for the
formulation;  the  manufacturer  has  to  go  as  per  the  requirement  of  the
application.
