mechanical rubber gasket that is used for static and 
dynamic industrial applications.

Rings 
 The backup O-rings are used to enhance the 
performance of the chief O-rings. The backup O-rings 
protect the seal of the main O-ring under conditions of 
high pressure and temperature. With their help, the 
main O-rings are not only able to perform better but 
they also last much longer.
 The rubber coated O-rings offer increase resistance to 
friction. That apart, they are more resistant to 
weathering and abrasion. These coated O-rings are not 
sticky.
Encapsulated Rubber O-rings 
 These O-rings come covered with the layer of material 
that protects them against corrosion. This covering also 
protects them against high temperature and pressure. 
The inner cores of these rings are made of rubber.
Hollow O-Rings & Square Rings 
 Although not suitable for high pressure applications, 
the hollow O-rings are used widely in applications that 
make the use of nonstandard grooves.
 Generally called the washer and the lathe cut rings, 
these O-rings come with a square cross section. They 
are used in applications that require high flexibility.
