Overview of NDIS Participant Eligibility
❑ Be aged under 65 years old.
❑ Be an Australian citizen, hold a Permanent Resident visa, or hold a Protected Special 
Category visa.
❑ Meet disability requirements, which includes having a permanent impairment that 
substantially reduces the ability to perform activities of daily living, and requires 
assistance from others.
❑ Be living in an area where the NDIS is available.
