The P shot or the Priapus Shot uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF), blood-derived growth factors, to enhance the penis. The treatment increases the penis’s sensitivity level, blood flow, tissue firmness and integrity. It may also increase the girth and length of the penis, although that is not the primary objective of the Priapus Shot.
