INTRODUCTION
 Qualcomm Snapdragon 678 SoC was revealed 
as the newest entrant to the 6-series SoCs of 
the company. 
 It comes with some changes in performance 
over the Snapdragon 675, introduced back in 
October 2018.

 The Snapdragon 678 is an 11nm process-based 
octa-core SoC. 
 It is a 4G SoC that can offer up to 600 Mbps 
download rates and up to 150 Mbps upload speeds 
with the Snapdragon X12 LTE modem. 
 It also supports 4K, dual-band Wi-Fi, and NFC video 
capture.
