AN IMAGE ON GOOGLE
INTRODUCTION
1. You can learn more about an image or the objects
around you with a reverse image search.
2. For example, you can take a photo of a plant and
use it to search for info or other similar images.

1. You can do a reverse image search on most
browsers, like:

Upload a picture
1. On your computer, open a web browser, like Chrome
or Safari.
2. Go to Google Images.
3. Click Search by image Search by image.
4. Click Upload an image and then Choose file or
Browse.
5. Select a picture from your computer.
6. Click Open or Choose.

2. Go to the website with the picture you want to use.
3. To copy the URL, right-click on the picture.
4. Click Copy image address.
5. Go to Google Images.
6. Click Search by image Search by image.
7. Click Paste image URL.
8. In the text box, paste the URL.
9. Click Search by image.

results in a new tab.

4. To search with the image: Touch and hold the image,
then tap Search Google for this image.
5. Or, if you search in English, at the top right, tap
Visually search this image

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google

2. Go to the website with the image.
3. Touch and hold the image. Tap Search with Google
Lens.
4. Select how you want to search: Use an object in the
image: If available, on the object, tap Select .
5. Use part of an image: Tap Select image area , then
drag the corners of the box around your selection.
6. At the bottom, scroll to find your related search
results.
