INTRODUCTION
 Twitter said that it is now carrying out its vanishing tweet feature called "Stories" for all 
users worldwide, after testing its own version of "Fleets" in many countries, including in 
India.

WHAT YOU CAN DO?
 Now with a dedicated tray of Stories Fleets bubbles along the top of your news feed, you 
can create Stories on Twitter, where users can share updates that disappear within the app 
after 24 hours.

 Fleets give you the power, right at the moment, to use and communicate with Twitter in a 
whole new way. 
 Fleets let you express brief or transitory feelings, and they will vanish from view after 24 
hours.

IN-THE-MOMENT REFLECTIONS 
 You can share with your fans personal in-the-moment reflections free of media reactions. 
 By clicking on their fleets and pressing on the seen by text at the right, fleet writers will 
see who sees their fleets, even accounts with covered tweets.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
 They don't get retweets, likes, because they're not open to audience responses. Text, 
animations, GIFs, or photographs may be used in A Fleet. 
 By clicking on Send a Message or the emoji icon at the bottom of your fleet, people will 
answer to your fleet.

ROLE OF DIRECT MESSAGES (DMS)
 If you have open DMs, anyone can react to your Fleets. If you have closed DMs, only people 
you follow can react to your Fleets.

HOW TO ACCESS?
 People with fleet access can see the fleet in two ways: 
 The Fleets will appear in the new bar at the top of their home timeline if they join you. 
 The Fleets can be viewed from your profile by anyone who can see your Tweets by clicking on your 
profile pic.

HOW TO PROTECT?
 If you protect your Tweets, your Fleets will also be protected.
 To delete a Fleet select Delete Fleet and it will remove the post.

WHAT CAN YOU 'FLEET'?
 Text Fleets - Text on a coloured backdrop is your basic fleet, with a variety of colour 
choices for both fleets. 
 Fleets offer a new means of exchanging individual messages, which often appear on a 
coloured backdrop. 
 Share tweets Video or Photo - A video clip or photo may even be uploaded to your fleet

LIMITATION
 Fleets, though do seem to be a little limited. The lack of advanced development 
capabilities and impact resources places it behind the other viable choices for Stories, with 
the only real gain being the top feed inclusion in the app, which could help create 
awareness and visibility.
