INTRODUCTION
Vrindavan is a famous place as it is believed that Hindu
god Krishna had spent his youth here.
There are around 5000 sanctuaries.
On 1515, Chaitanya the Bengali holy person visited
Vrindavan first and found the first site of Krishna.

HOW TO REACH VRINDAVAN?
Vrindavan is 150 km away from south-Delhi. The
closest station of the train is Mathura, the twin city of
Vrindavan.
Virdavan lies in-between it the golden triangle- Delhi,
Agra, Jaipur.

Banke Bihari Mandir
Banke Bihari Mandir is one of the most significant sanctuaries of
Lord Krishna.
The picture of Lord Krishna in the sanctuary shows up as a kid
and is seen remaining in the Tribhanga position.
Banke Bihari Temple was initially revered under the name of
Kunj-Bihari which implies enjoyer of lakes.

Prem Mandir
This sanctuary was moulded by Jagadguru shri Kripaluji Maharaj
in 2001.
Prem Mandir is a recently developed sanctuary and is the most
lovely in the Brij region.
Made out of white marble and embellished with extremely many-
sided carvings, this sanctuary is well known for its design.

Radha Raman Temple
This sanctuary was set up in 1542 by Gopala Bhatta Gosvami.
It is said that the god here is self showed from one of the
shalagram-shilas.
As an icon of Radha is absent here, a crown put close to Lord
Krishna portrays her.

Iskon Vrindavan
Otherwise called Sri Krishna-Balaram Mandir, was built in 1975
on the directions of Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, who is the
originator acharya ISKCON.
The core objective of this temple was to increase awareness
about the Vedic scriptures and the Bhagavad Gita.

Sri Ranganath Temple
Vrindavan is famously known as the "town of sanctuaries" and the
"Place where there is God".
Sri Ranganatha Temple is likewise the biggest sanctuary in the
region.
It is devoted to Lord Vishnu and his partner, Lakshmi.

Katyayani
Being one among the 51 Shakti peeths, the Katyayani Peeth in
Vrindavan is otherwise called Uma Shakti Peeth.
One should come to Katyayani Peeth to observe Navratri or
Vijaya Dashami.

Gokulananda
The Gokulnanda Temple houses numerous gods of Radha-
Vinoda of Lokanatha Goswami, Vijaya Govinda of Baladeva
Vidyabhusana and Radha Gokulananda of Vishwanath
Cakravarti.
