installation of your trusted software. Avast might detect the 
application to be a threat, and the information about the 
software may not be registered in the Avast database. You 
can disable Avast Antivirus from the Avast application itself. 
It can be disabled, either temporarily or permanently on 
your device. Alternatively, it can be uninstalled using the 
control panel.
Disabling Avast Antivirus Temporarily
• The Avast Antivirus software can be disabled temporarily 
or for a specific
• Open the desktop or laptop and navigate to the task 
manager, or click on the triangle icon that is available on 
the taskbar to open the Avast Antivirus.

user interface
