Quick Way to Disable Eset Nod32 Antivirus Firewall
Disable Eset Nod32 Antivirus Firewall
By James Fell
Disabling the firewall in ESET NOD32
antivirus will disable the HTTP, POP3,
and IMAP scanning. It stops filtering the
network traffic and leaves your device
vulnerable to threats. In rare cases, the
firewall is disabled temporarily for
troubleshooting the errors.
Steps to disable the
firewall on ESET NOD32
Antivirus
You need to open the ESET NOD32
Antivirus software first.
On the ESET security main screen,
navigate to the left-side panel to select
the Setup option.
In the Setup window, select
the Network Protection tab.
Toggle the Firewall button off and set
the duration for the firewall to remain
disabled.
If you wish to disable the firewall
temporarily, choose a duration from
the drop-down menu and click
the Apply button.
If you wish to disable the firewall
permanently, choose the Disable
permanently option from the drop-
down bar.
