 You are not permitted to apply for a new Australia ETA Visa or 
Australia eVisitor Visa while you still are in Australia, as this 
authorization has a condition that prevents further stay after 90 
days. It is wise to avoid being unlawful and you must:
  
 • Leave Australia within 90 days of your stay
 • Leave Australia before your visa expires
 • Take the right steps to leave if your visa has already expired
