Common-Law Admission Test (CLAT) is an entrance test that the National Law Universities conduct for the students who want to enrol in their undergraduate and post-graduate programmes. Not just the NLUs but many of the other private and government universities also consider the scores of this test before giving admissions. These things make it one of the essential law examinations in India. Hence to help the students prepare for this exam, Manu Law Classes came up with a pedagogy of the CLAT weekend classes program.

Common-Law Admission Test (CLAT) is an entrance test that the National Law Universities conduct
for the students who want to enrol in their undergraduate and post-graduate programmes. Not just
the NLUs but many of the other private and government universities also consider the scores of this
test before giving admissions. These things make it one of the essential law examinations in India.
Hence to help the students prepare for this exam, Manu Law Classes came up with pedagogy of the
CLAT weekend classes program.
It is a CLAT 2-year program whose classes take place over the weekends. These classes are a mixture
of interactive coaching classes, interesting lectures, doubt clearing sessions, mock tests, etc. These
classes allow the students to clear the CLAT examination easily. However, the 1-year programs are
conducted on the weekdays. There are also a few other things that these classes consist of those are
mentioned below:
1. 6 hours classes on weekends (2 hrs Saturday | 4 hrs Sunday): 2hrs (1 Subject) class will be
taken on Saturday and 4hrs (2 Subjects) Class will be taken on Sunday
2. 30mins Extra English Class before every class scheduled for the day: English section
predominantly plays role in other sections as well, so a 30 min class is given before every
class in which Newspaper Editorial, Vocab, Novel Recitation, Group Discussion, Presentation
and other activities are done.
3. 15 Minutes Daily Test: After every class a 15min test is taken of the previous class to make
students accountable for what they are learning.
4. Monthly Mock Tests: Mocks are prepared in a way that tests the knowledge of the subjects
which have been taught in the class till then which at the same time helps students analyse
where they stand.
5. Fortnightly English Passages Test: A 30min test of 6 passages are taken fortnightly to analyse
and track the student’s performance
6. Novel Recitation: To inculcate reading habit students are asked to recite the novel in class
which they are reading.
7. Coverage of School English syllabus: For 2-year programs, we cover English Syllabus of
Students as well which includes their Literature and other English subjects.
8. GD/Debate on Current issues: To keep students up to date on current affairs regular
debates are conducted
9. Special Classes on Data Interpretation: Data Interpretation requires regular rigorous practice
that why the faculty conducts special sessions on Data Interpretation (DI).
10. Monthly Moot court: A case law is given to the students a day prior to the moot court and
students are asked to put their opinion as done in a real moot court to familiarize them with
the legal terms and practical aspects of Law.
11. On demand doubt clearing session: Whenever a student has any doubt s/he can reach out
to faculty by informing her/him a day prior
12. Conducting extra classes as and when required: whenever a faculty feels an extra class is
required based upon student’s performance in test, s/he conducts extra classes to clear
doubts and queries of the students.
Note: It is a CLAT 2-year program.
These are the key pointers that make this program stand apart from the others. Apart from this, you
will also get access to multiple previous year question papers, mock test series, notes, books and
other study material, i.e. required while preparing for the CLAT examination under this program.
