(20 October 2022): Thursday’s signing ceremony of a collaboration protocol 
between Telecom Egypt and the Supreme Council of University Hospitals on the 
cochlear implant programme was attended by Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa 
Madbouli. 
The agreement intends to ease the financial burden of these technological devices on 
society’s most vulnerable groups, including underprivileged children.
