 Kulfi is often described as a traditional Indian ice cream which is popular throughout India, which 
has similarities to ice cream.
 Kulfi is made by evaporating milk by cooking in slow flame until its volume is reduced by a half, 
thus thickening it makes it creamier and comes in multiple flavors.
