Inquiry
When we get a question, we match it
with a subject matter expert who is
familiar with our client's business or
sector.
We respond to our clients within 24-hours
after receiving their request.
This is the initial step in which we
learn about our customer, their
Discovery business, and their demands for the solution.
Phase
This usually occurs over a fast 15-
minute initial call and a detailed
talk in the following step.

Simultaneously, we begin developing a Scope of Work, which we will use
during project execution. This is also validated by the customer to ensure
a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales, commonly known as
execution.

Client Onboarding
This is a transitional period before the project is executed. We
schedule a combined call with our consultant, client, and project
manager.
This ensures that everyone understands the expectations and
scope of work.

Planning & Modelling
This is the pre-execution stage, during which our team of analysts and project managers work on the
execution plan as well as project modelling.
This stage comprises mock-up design, a project timetable checklist, database construction, and certain
internal technological tasks to guarantee the project runs smoothly and flawlessly.

Design In the initial phase of project execution, we craft the solution based on the
client's design preferences. Client collaboration is crucial at this stage, as
we present multiple design options for review and approval.
Once we receive confirmation on the layout, color palette, fonts, and
overall flow, we proceed with the remainder of the project. This step is vital
for ensuring all visual elements and UI/UX design align with the client's
expectations. As part of our I T Co ns u l t a t i o n S er v i c e s , this process sets the
foundation for successful project development.
Development
This is where most of the coding takes place. We apply the code to the approved
designs from the previous stage.
The design and development are carried out by a mutually agreed-upon scope of
work.

the transmitted changes.

QA/ Testing UAT & Deployment
We keep on testing each & every UAT - User Acceptance Testing Upon
