We respond to our clients within 24-hours after receiving their request. This is the initial step in which we learn about our customer, their Discovery business, and their demands for the solution. Phase This usually occurs over a fast 15- minute initial call and a detailed talk in the following step. Back to Process This is one of the most critical stages of the entire consulting process. Back to Process Planning & Modelling This is the pre-execution stage, during which our team of analysts and project managers work on the execution plan as well as project modelling. This stage comprises mock-up design, a project timetable checklist, database construction, and certain internal technological tasks to guarantee the project runs smoothly and flawlessly. Client collaboration is crucial at this stage, as we present multiple design options for review and approval.
