You shouldn't seem dumb on the golf course because of what 
you're wearing. It may keep you from getting in. If you're going to 
the golf course for the first time soon or want to read a review,

while you play golf. As we can see, men should dress decently but 
not too formally when they play golf. The lists below are just 
suggestions, and you should apply your common sense. The list 
below is not complete, and you may add more to it. There won't

Skirts and shorts
Golf courses normally encourage humility; therefore, shorts should be a 
little above the knee. It's usually a good idea to wear spandex under 
skirts. Your fingertips should be able to touch the bottom of the skirt if 
not.
Shoes and 
Socks
If you want to preserve their courses, most clubs would prefer you use 
professional golf shoes. Most of the time, golf clubs have either metal 
or rubber spikes. However, a lot of clubs have lately banned metal 
spikes because they hurt the greens. So, rubber is the only choice.
But if you're not quite ready to purchase golf shoes, you can still use 
running shoes in most places. There is some disagreement about 
socks. Some people believe you should wear socks that go all the way 
up to the sky (or just below the knee), while others think ankle socks 
are ok.
A collared shirt is usually a good option on a golf course. A lot of clubs 
need it. The collared shirt should always be tucked in, and it should have 
sleeves.  The first rule of golfing fashion is to look good. Golf has been 
perceived as an old-fashioned sport, whether that's right or wrong. 
Knowing what to wear may have a big impact on how much stress and 
pressure rookie players feel to fit in with more experienced players.
The dress code for golfing is rather strict, but you can see now that it's not 
too hard to obey. If you're not sure what to wear, always go with the safest 
option, like golf shorts for guys. A club may kick you out for wearing the 
wrong attire.
