Limitations of RPA
Not all processes are suitable for RPA means we can automate rule based, on
high volumes and that does not require, judgmental decisions or human
interventions.
Bad processes should not be automated . - those processes which are unstable
and prompt to change are not ideal candidate for RPA.
There is still need for human intervention as RPA doesn't respond well to
exceptions and the human intervention is still required to correct those
exceptions.
