has been announced that there are 14,582 SSC CGL 2025 vacancies. 
The online application site is open now, and the last date is July 4, 
2025. Then, the correction facility for the online application will 
open from July 9, 2025, and you can do it till July 11, 2025. The 
probable dates during which the Commission will conduct Tier 1 of 
the exam this year is from August 13 to 30, 2025.

How to Apply for SSC CGL 2025?

apply for SSC CGL. The steps to fill in the application form for this 
examination are as follows:
Step 1: Go to the official website of SSC - ssc.gov.in
Step 2: Click on 'New User? Register Now link'.
Step 3: You will get the SSC CGL registration form. Fill it out!
Step 4: Fill it out using the registration number (generated at the 
time of registration) and password (set at the time of registration).
Step 5: Put all your details in the form.
Step6: Scan images of your photos, signatures, and other important 
documents. They upload them. They must be clear and align with 
the requirements mentioned.
Step 7: Once done, review the Application form.
Step 8: Click on the Final Submit button.
Step 9: Complete the application process by paying the fee.
SSC CGL 2025 Application Fee
The fee for the SSC CGL form is just INR 100. Once the form is duly 
filled, you will have to pay the application fee. You can do so 
through  SBI  Challan/BHIM  UPI/Net  Banking.  You  can  also  use 
Visa/Mastercard/Maestro Credit/RuPay debit card.
However, the fee  is  only chargeable for  unreserved and OBC 
candidates. It is waived off for the reserved candidates.
There will be charges for correction for SSC CGL 2025 application. It 
will be INR 200 for the first time, and INR 500 for the second time.
SSC CGL Eligibility 2024: Nationality/Citizenship
A candidate must be either:
●A citizen of India, or
●A person of Nepal, Bhutan, or
● A refugee from Tibet who came to India before January 1, 
1962, intending to permanently settle in India or
● A person of Indian origin who has migrated from/Pakistan, 
Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the 
United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and 
Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Note: The official notification reads, "A candidate in whose case a 
certificate  of  eligibility  is  necessary  may  be  admitted  to  the 
examination, but the offer of appointment will be given only after 
the eligibility certificate has been issued to him by the Government 
of India."
