Sodium Cromoglicate for Oral Solution - Brown & Burk
Sodium Cromoglicate for Oral Solution
• Sodium cromoglicate oral solution contains
the active ingredient sodium cromoglicate, an
anti-inflammatory and antiallergic agent that
excludes corticosteroids.
• Certain foods can trigger allergic reactions, releasing
substances from mast cells that cause inflammation
in the stomach or intestines, leading to symptoms
such as nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nasal
allergies, skin rashes, hives, or eczema. Sodium
cromoglicate works by inhibiting the release of these
substances, and it is prescribed by doctors to help
prevent allergic symptoms caused by unavoidable
food ingredients.
