tell what you allow or not to allow in a relationship,
where you draw the line from self care to intrusion. It

one can be porous in general or only porous in romantic
relationships.
A porous boundary may often lead to toxic relationship.
Boundaries are developed right in our childhood from
the way we were treated or through observation from
our environment.
