The General Certificate of Education (GCE) is a subject-specific academic discipline that is recognized by the awarding bodies in England, Northern Ireland, Wales, and various Commonwealth countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Cyprus and more. It is made up of three levels in the order of increasing difficulty that includes the Ordinary Level (O Level); the Advanced Level (A-Level) and GCE N Level in Singapore.
