Use Less Content
• Whenever you are preparing any presentation try to use 

less words or Content.
• Do not Fill all the slide with content, Audience is not 

there to read your slides.
• Audience is there to listen you.
• Try to Explain  More , Only use Main content on slide 

and rest try to Explain.


Interact with Audience
• Most of the time Audience get bore during presentation.
• You need to interact with the audience during presentation.
• Try to use some Videos, Charts and Images which can 

attract Audience but don’t use more.
• Make them laugh, So they don’t get bore.
• For interaction you can ask question and letting them ask.


Keep Your Eyes at Audience
• Most of the time we forget to look at Everyone, We are only 

looking at one or two persons.
• Keep looking at Everyone, If you are not doing this, it 

means  that you are talking to yourself and don’t have 
interest in presentation.

• If you are looking at Everyone, It means you are focusing 
on Everyone and you want to share information to 
Everyone.


Be Calm
• During presentation you need to be calm.
• Don’t be to hyper and angry.
• If someone is asking question then be calm and answer 

politely.
• Don’t argue with you teachers, It left bad impression.


Look What You Say
• During presentation you need to take care of words.
• Sometimes we say words like “uhm”, “ah” Which we 

don’t notice but it seems very irritating.
• Audience get irritate after listing these words and they 

can count how many times you say these useless word.


Tell Stories

• Its good if you are telling stories related to topic during 
presentation.

• Its easy for Audience to remember presentation.
• With the help of stories you can make your presentation 

memorable.
• By this Audience don’t get distracted.


Be Confident

• While giving presentation it is very important to be 
Confident cause it is showing your body language.

• During presentation your Body Language play a 
important role.

• If your body is shivering during presentation, It don’t 
look good.
