• If your energy is depleting, You have Low 
Confidence, lack Concentration then you are in 
Stress. 
• Stress is effect many things like your body, your 
family life and most important you personal life.
• There are many type of work stress like:-
• Fear of being fired.
• Overtime.
• Pressure of Work.
Tips to Reduce Stress at Work
Positive Relationship
• If you want to reduce your stress, First you need 
to be have a positive relationship with all 
persons who are working with you.
• Your friends will help you to reduce your stress 
with there positive thoughts
• Instead of using your phone during lunch time 
start talking to your co-workers.
• Share  personal meaningful experiences with co-
worker.
Exercise
• Exercise is the better way to reduce your stress 
because your mind get distract at that time.
• We need to do 45 minutes exercise daily.
• If you don't have time to do exercise then there are 
some things which you can do in your office time 
like:-
• Don’t sit on chair for long duration, After every 1 
hour stand up and just stretch your body.
• Try to walk as much as possible like during call 
and during some discussion with co-workers.
Eat Healthy Food
• When we are in stress, our mind release hormone cortisol, 
By which we want to eat salty, sweet, and fat-laden foods.
• Things we should eat are Carbs, high fiber food, Dark 
chocolate and blueberries and protein.
• Things which you need to avoid like Foods which are high 
in fat, Sugar, Caffeinated drinks, Nicotine and Alcohol.
Sleep Enough
• Stress is the reason of chronic insomnia.
• According to the  Harvard medical school’s researchers 
Lack of sleep is also the reason of Stress.
• Tips to get enough sleep:-
• Complete 8 hour sleep.
• Follow one schedule.
• Relax your mind for 1 hour then go to bed.
• Take power naps.
Set Priorities then work 
Accordingly
• To reduce your stress you need to set priorities and then 
work according to those priority.
• Set your Goal.
• Set priorities according to the goal.
• At a time focus on one thing.
• Create your list which you want to do.
• Set deadlines for those things.
