Letter of Credit, also known as MT700 or 
import LC. This MT700 received by the seller’s 
bank (beneficiary) from the buyer’s bank that 
states the payment undertaking, once the 
supplier comply with all the terms and 
conditions mentioned in the Letter of Credit. 
It gives guarantee to the seller that the buyer 
will pay for the supplied goods at Sight.

Letter  of  Crediit  Process
1. The Client submits their trade finance requirements in 
terms of pro forma invoice or SPA. 
2. Our team analyzes the trade deal and let them know our 
approval on their LC request. 
3. Once approved, we will sign the service agreement with the 
client. And also, we will inform them about the admin 
charges to start work on the LC transaction. 
4. Upon the receipt of admin charges, we will send the LC 
draft for the client’s review. Once the LC draft is approved, 
they need to pay the LC issuance fee charges & provide the 
requested documents. 
5. Once we receive the issuance fee & the documents 
required, we instruct our bank to issue the LC to the 
supplier’s bank via authenticated Swift MT700.
