Prediabetes is a condition where your blood sugar is higher than normal, though not so high to label it as diabetes. A person may experience increased thirst and hunger, frequent urination, fatigue, blurred vision, and unintended weight loss. Prediabetes can be reversed with a healthy lifestyle. The two healthy habits that can make the biggest difference are healthy food choices and regular exercise.
