free and don’t use product which are for teenager or adult skin . Always use baby products . 
• • Avoid Massage fir long time - baby required body massage no doubt but if your baby is premature 
avoid massage for long time period because massage can shed his/her outer skin also which is not 
good
• • Give proper vitamins and other syrups – if your baby is premature make sure your baby should 
have the protein or heath related syrup timely .
• • Provide proper sleep to your baby – your baby always required a proper sleep . Take care that your 
baby can sleep properly and good sleep without any disturbance . 
• • Prevent your baby from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome
• • Avoid going on public places – You and the person with you who take care of your child must avoid 
going on public place for some time till your baby can’t come to normal stage . 
• • Always sanitize your hand and hands who take baby – sanitize your hand before taking baby near you is 
a major rule . Because if you don’t sanitize your hand the germs and dust on your hand will move to baby’s 
body . 
• • Always check your baby temperature – checking your baby temp. will make sure that the body 
temperature of your baby is normal or not . If you see that it is not normal than consult your doctor 
immediately . Do not avoid this silly mistake . 
• • Consult doctor – If your baby is not feeling well than consult your doctor immediately. If you see redness 
of skin , rashes, continue crying of your baby and cough in throat etc.. You should consult your doctor 
rather giving self treatment to your baby.
