MHT CET or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is a state-level 
examination conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. The exam

state. It is mostly conducted in MAY. The application for the exam starts in

Pharma are required to appear for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. 
However, 80% syllabus comes from the 12th syllabus and 20% from the 11th 
syllabus. Each paper carries 100 marks and there is no negative marking. But the 
difficulty level of the exam is the same as the JEE and NEET.
MHT CET Cut Off Marks
After the exam, the cut-off list is issued by the DTE (Directorate of Technical 
Education) for each Centralised Allotment Process round. The cut-off list is 
made category-wise and institute-wise separately for Maharashtra and all India 
candidates. Based on the cut-off list admission is done to the various colleges 
across the state of Maharashtra.
