Planning
• The planning function of HRM ensures the best fit between employees
and jobs while avoiding manpower shortages or surpluses for the
organization.

Organizing
• Organizing is the function of HRM that involves developing an
organizational structure to ensure the accomplishment of the
organizational goals.

Directing
• This includes activating employees at different levels and making them
