You will learn how to dismantle discouraging patterns and gain tools that increase your ability to make real, in the moment changes. •What is Unresolved? •This 2nd step is about increasing your awareness. You will cultivate insight through a journey of self-inquiry regarding family of origin experiences and early messages. You will discover how these early experiences shape your current reality. •It’s Really Not About You. •This 3rd step is all about clear seeing and transforming illusions. In this module, you will renegotiate your self- perception, grasp a clearer view of reality and gain tangible practices for self-compassion. •You’re Not in the Jungle Anymore. •In this 4th module, you will increase your felt-sense awareness and learn why body awareness is a key component of actualizing the life you are meant to live. You will learn safe ways of reconnecting with your body and increase your capacity for daily emotional regulation. •Accepting Differentness. •This 5th step will teach you a new way of relating to challenging situations and people in your life through effective communication practices. You will learn ways to increase healthy connection and build conscious intentionality. •Being the Observer Means Saying Yes. •This 6th module will combine all the concrete practices to increase your capacity for acceptance, letting go, and trust- some of the most important pillars of mindfulness.
