Step 3: Remove Carbonite from 
Login Items
After uninstalling Carbonite, you should also remove it from 
your login items so that it does not start up automatically 
when you log in to your Mac. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Apple menu in the top left corner of the 
screen.
2. Select "System Preferences."
3. Click on "Users & Groups."
4. Select your user account from the list on the left.
5. Click on the "Login Items" tab.
6. Select "Carbonite" from the list of login items.

Carbonite from the login items.
