Admission process Ajeenkya DY Patil University
The admission is based on the merit the candidate gets after applying for the ADYPU 
entrance test.
How to apply
The application process is easy and student-friendly. Follow the following steps to apply online.
STEP 1: Check The Eligibility: The eligibility for each of the programs offered by the University is different 
and is based on the program curriculum.
STEP 2: Application Process: The application process has two stages: In Stage One, The aspiring candidate 
registers online and appears for ACET as per the program applied for. The merit list will be prepared according 
to the performance in the ACET exam.
In stage two, the applicants will be called for counseling, followed by a personal interview. For MBA programs, 
candidates have to appear for Group discussions, and for Design programs candidates are required to give a 
Studio test. Apart from this, the students are required to bring along a Statement of Purpose (SOP), and 
certificates of extracurricular activities if any.
However, it is mandatory for all the participants to paper for both stages as the final admission list will be 
prepared as per the performance in both stages.
STEP 3: Admission Offer: The eligible candidates will be informed and an admission letter will be issued to 
them. However, If the admission decision is negative, the prospective student is informed about the 
deficiencies and is given time to remedy the deficiencies if deficiencies are of remedial nature.
STEP 4: Acceptance of Admission Form The ADYPU and the students agree to the terms are conditions 
during the study at the ADYPU university and the admission process is completed.
The ADYPU also appoints an admission team to look out for the important issue faced during the admission by 
the parent or students. For information one can contact the office on working days except on public holidays or 
can fill up the online request form.
Scholarship at Ajeenkya DY Patil University
ADYPU offers scholarships to eligible candidates. It also offers scholarships to Police personnel. For 
applying for the scholarship follow the following steps:
1.The wards of Police employees can get up to 30 to 50% scholarship, provided they are enrolled in 
the course full time.
2.100% scholarship for the students who gets more than 95% in academics.
3.The scholarship is applicable to the Maharashtra Police personnel only.
4.A valid ID card is required for availing of the scholarship.
5.For availing scholarship, one must fill out the online google form or write to  
[email protected] for further information.
