themselves and discuss in the classroom contact program.
3. Round Tables:
The opportunities are being created for the students from different faculties to voice their views
and share the news at the student’s round table. At every gathering, about 20 students and a few
faculty members attend to exchange ideas, and express their suggestions on the aspects of
support services besides debate on the latest events concerning their subjects and topics
relevant to society.
4. Student Affairs:
Three separate cells relating to student guidance, student grievance, and placement cell have
started functioning to establish better interaction with the student community and solve
individual problems relating to academic matters, employment information, career guidance, etc.
5. Assignments:
the learning at the center is based on the two-way communication. As per the course, the
assignments are sent to the distance learners and are submitted by them at the center. The
teacher also evaluates and return them after making the appropriate corrections.
6. Academic assistance:
the faculty is available to answer the queries of the students over the telephone on weekdays.
The students can clear their doubts and solve their problems while being on the telephone line.

the “Regular Contact Programme” for a short period. The scheduled program of these two sessions
for the complete course will be communicated in advance covering all the details.
