XIM Executive MBA
Overview
The one-year executive MBA course is designed especially for the working 
executives who like to become a business leader tomorrow. The Program 
provides an excellent opportunity for professionals, with the potential to 
assume senior management responsibilities. The curriculum is divided 
into four-term in 12 months which is equivalent to the two-year regular 
MBA program.
Apart from this, the learners are required to take a year’s leave from their 
work for the completion of the program. After the course completion, they 
can again join the same organization or go ahead with better prospects. 
Moreover, the institute offers partial or full sponsorship to aid learners 
financially.
Program Structure
The Executive MBA comprises four terms. The term I and term II consist of 
15 core subjects of either two or three credits each. Whereas, term III and 
term IV consist of 22 elective subjects of two or four credits each. The 
learners can choose an elective at the start of the session. One needs to 
choose one set of electives for Term III as well as for Term IV. For Term III 
one has to choose either Accounting & Finance or Marketing as the area of 
specialization, and for Term, IV one has to choose either OM&DS or OB&HR 
as an area of specialization.

Eligibility
The minimum requirement for admission to the executive MBA course in 
XIM is:
1.Graduation in any stream with at least 55% percent marks.
2.3 years of working experience in an executive capacity in an 
organization of repute in the public, private or non-governmental sector. 
3.Minimum age of 23 years at the time of admission.
4.sponsorship or NOC letter from the employer or organization to pursue 
an executive MBA course at XIMB.
Admission Process
A candidate having a valid CAT/MAT/GMAT/X-GMT can fill up the 
application form by visiting the official website https://xim.edu.in/. On 
receiving the application form the institute will call the shortlisted 
candidates for group discussion, personal interview, and written test. 
However, the selection will be entirely based on the performance of all 
the above. The institute mostly accepts applications in December as the 
session commences in July.
Note: the interview, group discussion, and written test are conducted in 
Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, or Mumbai.
Fee Structure of executive MBA at XIM
The total fee for the executive MBA is ₹ 14,00,000. In addition to this ₹ 1,00,000 for 
development and ₹ 20,000/- for IT expenses are charged separately. However, these 
fees do not include residency, travel, and other expenses.
Learning Pedagogy
The expert faculty members facilitate and guide the students to develop a clear

learning and teaching vary from course to course.
