this light emitted from the screens of digital
devices for prolonged time is known to
have long-term effects on health. As per
Vision Council, approximately 80 percent of
adults can be found to use digital devices
for over 2 hours a day. Around 67% of them
use more than two devices simultaneously
while 59% show digital eye strain
symptoms.

1.Follow 20-20-20 Rule- You need to take a break for 20 seconds after every 20

are designed to help your eyes to avoid exposure to blue light emitted by different
devices. Also, it does not affect display visibility.
3.Establish good posture and working distance while viewing the screen- Try to
control glare and lighting on your gadget screen. Even minor vision related
issues should be corrected immediately and properly.
