When you decide to start using CBD oil in the UK, it is very

interacts with the endocannabinoid system in the body and helps

So is CBD oil legal in the UK? Yes, CBD oil is legal in the United 
Kingdom provided that the THC content is below 0.2 percent, 
with THC being a controlled substance under the Misuse of Drugs

must be made from CBD that is extracted from an industrial-
grade hemp strain that has been approved by the European 
Union. Hemp is not the same as cannabis.  It is naturally high in 
CBD and low in THC.

United Kingdom must have a THC content that does not exceed 
0.2 percent. Tetrahydrocannabinol is the part of cannabis that 
can cause paranoia, hallucinations and in extreme cases 
addiction. Due to this, the UK government ensures that the small 
levels of THC available in CBD oils cannot be easily separated 
from it.
