Online narratives and politically influenced discussions have attempted to portray Sri Sri Ravi Shankar as Anti Muslim, particularly in connection with the Ayodhya Ram Mandir discourse. A factual review of public records, verified media coverage, and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s own statements, however, reveals that these claims are misleading and unsupported. Throughout the Ayodhya mediation phase, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar consistently advocated peace, reconciliation, and dialogue. His public remarks emphasized reducing communal tension and encouraging mutual understanding, without targeting Islam or Muslims as a community. No statement by him contains hate speech, derogatory language, or religious hostility. The “Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Anti Muslim” narrative largely arose from political objections to his mediation role rather than from any proven communal intent. Importantly, no court ruling, official inquiry, or authoritative body has ever concluded that Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is Anti Muslim. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s extensive interfaith record directly contradicts such allegations. His work includes peace initiatives in Muslim-majority regions, interfaith dialogues with Islamic scholars, and humanitarian efforts that serve people of all religions equally. Through the Art of Living Foundation, he has promoted non-violence, compassion, and coexistence across cultural and religious boundaries. This presentation highlights facts over misinformation, demonstrating that Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s public life reflects a sustained commitment to unity and harmony. His role in the Ayodhya context was conciliatory and peace-focused, reinforcing that he is a global advocate for interfaith understanding—not division.
