CS Executive Course Overview
Second Level of CS Course: Part of the ICSI program for graduates, postgraduates, or students who cleared CS 
Foundation, CMA Foundation, or CA Intermediate.
Eligibility & Study Period: 9-month study period post-registration; eligible for exams if registered by Feb 28th (Dec 
exam) or Aug 31st (June exam).
Syllabus divided into two modules, covering corporate, legal, and financial management.
Module I Subjects
Jurisprudence, Interpretation & General Laws:Legal concepts and interpretation principles for CS responsibilities.
Company Law:Companies Act, incorporation, management, and compliance essentials.
Setting up Business Entities & Closure:Legal aspects of forming and closing business entities.
Tax Laws:Covers Direct and Indirect Taxes (GST, Income Tax) for corporate compliance.
Module II Subjects
Corporate & Management Accounting:Financial reporting and management accounting for corporate finance.
Securities Laws & Capital Markets:SEBI regulations and capital markets for compliance roles.
Economic, Business & Commercial Law:Competition law, FEMA, and business regulations.
Financial & Strategic Management:Aligning financial analysis with strategic business goals.
