Lavender
Lavender is known for its soothing properties, but true lavender is also anti-inflammatory and healing.
Instructions:
1. Place two handfuls of dried lavender flowers in a fine cloth and place this cloth at the bottom of the tub.
2. Immerse yourself in it for 10 to 15 minutes. You can replace dried lavender with true lavender essential
oil.

Baking soda
Baking soda creates an alkaline environment that

Instructions for use:
1. Pour a little baking soda in cool water, soak

mix four tablespoons of baking soda with a few

The vinegar
