industry for 4 years as a  Myotherapist, Remedial Massage 
Therapist and a personal trainer working with both elite 
and amateur sporting teams including the Carton Football 
Club, professional soccer players, state level athletics club 
and 2019 Arnold classic Melbourne 
bodybuilding competitors. Elizabeth is an elite level 
athlete. She enjoys helping people live pain free by 
addressing emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.

solution for their chronic pain through a patient-centred natural treatment plan. The truth is
