Analog Devices
• Analog Devices Inc. is a U.S-based multinational corporation

History
• The company was founded by two MIT graduates, Matthew
Lorber and Ray Stata in the year 1965. Its first product was a
‘model 101 op amp’, which was hockey stick sized module.

• In 1969, the company filed its initial public offering and turned
into a publicly traded company. In a few years, they were listed
on the New York Stock Exchange and in 1996, their revenues
increased to $1 billion.

• Analog is now a major player around the world, with its main
headquarters in Massachusetts and regional headquarters in
Shanghai, Munich and Tokyo. It also has several design centers
