Offer opportunities
The colleagues be increasingly important to your association, and to
themselves, when they have chances to adapt new aptitudes.
Furnish your group with the preparation they have to progress in their
professions and to get learned about the most recent advancements
and industry news.
Don't punish failure
Mistakes are the parts of human beings.
The key is to take in important lessons from those
mistakes so we don't make them once more. At the point

waiting for any commands.

the team.

By setting perfect examples, You can make them motivated.
People generally work hard when they see the success story of
their role model. This is a basic human tendency.
Keep team-rewards
Add team-rewards to Your systems, where You can nominate
teams and give award to the best one.
In this way employees from different team would have a
healthy competition as well as they would perform the best at
their individual level.
Feedback
Never keep your workers in obscurity about how they
are getting along.
Regardless of whether extraordinary or inadequately,
the better the input circle you have set up, the simpler
it will be for everybody to cooperate.
