How to Record Audio in PowerPoint?
HOW TO RECORD AUDIO IN
POWERPOINT
INTRODUCTION

to record a voice, the sound document is
installed in PowerPoint.
You can store the introduction record and the
sound documents in power point.
STEP 1
First of all select the slide where you want to
add the audio, then go to
Insert > Audio > Record Audio
STEP 2
Type a Name for the audio recording.

To review your recording, select Stop and
then select Play
STEP 4
Select Record to re-record your clip, or
select STOP if you have finished the
recording.
STEP 5
To navigate your clip, You can
select and drag the audio icon to
where you want it on the slide.
STEP 6
Select Play to hear your audio recording.
Select OK to add the audio file to the slide.
RECORD THE AUDIO FOR AN ENTIRE
PRESENTATION
Select View > Normal
Select the first slide in the presentation where you
want to record audio.
Select Slide Show > Record Slide
Show > Record from Current Slide.
