• Our body have 50-60% of water.
• Water helps to regulate cells, organs, tissues and other
functions of our body.
• Water also help with Breathing, Sweating and
digestion our body lose weight, so we need to hydrate
our body by water and food which contain water.
• How much water we need to take its depend on climate
where we live and on our body.
• Water helps to protect Tissues, joints and Spinal Cord.
Remove Waste
• With the help of water Kidneys, Liver and Intestine are
able to flush the waste of our body.
• If you are having enough water then it will help you to
through waste from you body in form of Urine,
Perspiration and defection.
• Water also save you from Constipation.
Digestion
• Saliva is behind Digestion and Saliva includes huge
amount of water and smalls amount of electrolytes,
mucus and enzymes.
• Our body can get proper minerals and nutrients when
we have good digestion.
• With the help of water we can digest Soluble fiber and
by this our body is able to take all benefits of this.
Body Temperature
• If you want to maintain your body Temperature then its
important to be hydrated.
• You can keep you body hydrated by water, Our body
lose water cause of sweating and breathing.
• Sweating keeps you body temperature cool.

electrolytes and plasma.

• Researcher have found that if you are drinking lots of
water then it will help you to lose weight.
• If you drink water during Dieting and Exercising then
it help you to lose weight.

• If you are having enough water then your body is able to

• Hypertension.
• Exercise-induced Asthma.
How Much Water You
Need to Drink?
• According to National Academies:-
• Men need to drink 15.5 cups (125 ounces)of water
in a day.
• Women need to drink 11.5 cups (91 ounces) of
water in a day.
