campaign’s main motive is to 
spread awareness about various 
heart Diseases.

this day is perfect for you.

World Heart Federation

• World Heart Federation have done a research 
from that they found world’s leading cause of 
death is heart disease and strokes.

• 17.1 Million people are dying every year, 
Which is more than other disease like HIV, 
Cancer.


Aim of Heart Day

• Aim of Heart Day is to improve people 
lifestyle Globally and Aware them about the 
Cause of Heart disease.

• To prevent from CV deaths.


• As Reports say, Reason of Heart disease Poor diet 
and Physical Inactivity in People and Children.

• Federation also conduct different event to 
promote Healthy hearts.

• They also conduct heath check up and talk show 
with the help of other organizations.

CVD
• CVD (Cardio Vascular Disease) is a type of Non 

Communicable disease.
• As report Says 17.3 Million Death per year cause of CVD.
• From a report In India 2.5 Million Death happened cause 

of CVD in 2008.
• Four Cause of CVD:-

1. Tobacco.
2. Unhealthy Diet.
3. Physical Inactivity.
4. Alcohol.
