    1. SET UP AMAZON ECHO AND ALEXA PROPERLY

properly and register Amazon Echo on your device properly. A

 Install the Alexa App and plug in the device – the device needs 
to be plugged into the cable charger and into the provided electric 
socket. The App can be downloaded on your smart phone through

 Register Amazon Echo account and Sign in - The account can 
be created on amazon.com/echosetup , if not on the phone app 
itself. 
 Turn on your device – the blue ring light needs to turn into orange

 Connect to a Wi-Fi network – find an available wi-fi network and 
connect your device to it by punching in the password. 
 Get started – You need to call out the woke word “Alexa” to get 
started with your device.

phone 
   If your device is stuck on a white screen 
with no progress within minutes, you 
should try un-installing the Alexa App 
from your phone and trying again. You 
can repeat the Register Amazon Echo

Wi-Fi switcher 
   Devices like the Samsung and OnePlus 
does not support the smart network wifi 
setting. This can be turned off in the 
setting of your phone.

   Changing the date and time on your phone to the automatic 
mode avoids any conflict between Alexa and the device 
during the set up process. 
  5. Disable VPNS and Ad guards 
  The set-up process is not supported if any of these are 
installed on your phones. Disable them and try again. 
  6. Try the setup process from the website 
 It could sometimes be an issue with your phone. Use the 
website to set-up your device.
